3.3 Sofia Lopez

Autumn 1995, Gonzales Residence / Cinema Café

Sofia watched herself in the mirror. She didn't find that she looked any different, but she was also not sure what she should expect. She still couldn't wait to break the news to her best friend, though. The imagination of Sara's most likely envious face made her so excited!

"What is so important to tell me, that we even skipped school!!", Sara was nervous, but her curiousity won her over. "If my mom finds out, she's killing me!"

"Chill, Sara!", Sofia replied, "I did it!"

At first, Sara was confused. "What did you do? Tell your mom, you skipped school??"

As expected, she didn't understand.

"Of course not!! I did the thing... I did the home run with Paolo!!" Sofia burst out.

"You... WHAT???? Oh god... oh god..." Like Sofia imagined, Sara was totally blown away.

"Yeesssss, and it was soooo good!" Almost as good as her best friend's face now!

Sofia felt so superior to her, and maybe even a little bit sorry. Sara hasn't even been kissed yet.

"Ohhh... I thought we both wanted to wait until we get married??", Sara almost cried.

"Why?? It's too good to wait!" Sofia said; and then, "...Are you jealous?"

She had to ask, giggling.

"...Yes!! I want a hot boyfriend, too!", Sara admitted.
